Waste Canvas for cross stitching on wearable, purses, hats almost anything you can think of. Waste canvas is a grid woven of fibers which is basted onto fabric and used as a guide for placement of individual cross stitch. When all of the cross stitches in a design are complete, the fibers of the waste canvas grid are moistened and removed by gently pulling them out from under the stitches. Necessary for cross stitching on shirts, jackets, hats or tote bags. Instructions are included with the fabric.
