The Tree was a central part of early Celtic spirituality. To
the Celts, the tree was a source of basic sustenance- a bearer of food, a
provider of shelter and fuel for cooking and warmth. Without trees, life
would have been extraordinarily difficult. The tree of life is a source of wisdom and hope, an enduring link
between the upper and lower worlds, a reminder of the eternal cycle of the
seasons. Gorgeous rich colors stitched entirely with full cross
stitch. Stitches up relatively quickly but is large enough to give as a
heart felt gift.
